主要研究内容
本团队致力于活性天然产物及其衍生物的药效靶点发现与成药性研究，开展活性天然产物的靶点发现与验证、结构优化与活性评价、靶向递送等。
主持“基于原位钩钓策略的Pyxinol衍生物逆转肿瘤多药耐药的别构靶点识别研究”、“Ocotillol型活性小分子探针的化学构建及其抗心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的靶点探索”等国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省高等学校“青创人才引育计划”、山东省重点研发计划、山东省自然科学基金等科研项目。发表SCI论文60余篇，授权发明专利30余件。
